It has gorgeous view and breeze, because my unit its so high up (28th) with only total floor: 33. 1 parking space, 2 access card, 3 swimming pool for your kids and adults. Fitness area and sauna, jogging track, mini market, ATM machines.
Location, location, location, its so perfect if you want to go to the Airport so close to the toll road, to downtown like Semanggi, Senayan, Pondok Indah, Gatot Subroto, Senopati and Kemang, to shopping centre like Plaza Senayan, Senayan City, Pondok Indah, Gandaria City, ITC Permata Hijau, Senayan Trade Center, Ratu Plaza, etc. Close to the Hospital like Permata Hijau Hospital, Siloam Semanggi, Siloam Kebon Jeruk, Pondok Indah Hospital, big supermarket (Carrefour and Lotte mart) near Foodhall (imported supermarket), 10 minutes to Senayan area including Malls or shopping center, Pondok Indah area. We can also arrange the rent payments (we can discuss it).
